Scholarship: Martha Emmons Scholarship

Information: The Martha L. Emmons Memorial Endowed Scholarship was established in 1995 in memory of Miss Emmons who taught freshman English at Baylor University. This scholarship is awarded on the basis of merit and need.

Comments: Preference goes to students who have shown an interest in the study of Texas or Southwestern United States folk literature or in the study of Irish literature.

Criteria:  For Undergraduate English majors.

Minimum GPA: The University requires a minimum GPA of 2.50; however, individual departments may have more stringent academic requirements.

Need/Merit: Based on need and merit.
