Scholarship:	Martha & Philip Bass Schp
Information:	The Martha W. and Phillip Bass Scholarship was established in memory of Mrs. Martha Ware Bass and Philip by family members and friends. Mrs. Bass, a 1979 Baylor graduate, and her 2 1/2 year old son, Philip, were killed in a tragic automobile accident on April 29, 1985 in Dallas, Texas.
Comments:	Preference is for International students although U.S. citizens are eligible.
Criteria:	For Education majors in the School of Education who are a junior or senior.
Minimum GPA:	The University requires a minimum GPA of 2.50; however, individual departments may have more stringent academic requirements.
Need/Merit:	Based on need and merit.
