Scholarship:	Estes Family Scholarship
Information:	The Estes Family Endowed Scholarship Fund was established in 2001 by Victor H., Jr. and Helen Becker Estes of Houston, Texas in honor of Mr. Estes’ parents, Victor H., Sr. and Aldia Estes. Victor Estes, Jr. received a B.S. degree in math and a B.A. degree in physics from Baylor University in 1969. Mr. and Mrs. Estes are members of the Baylor Bear Foundation and lifetime members of the Baylor Alumni Association. Mr. Estes wanted to establish this scholarship in recognition of the excellent learning environment provided by Baylor and the major role it played in preparing him for adult life.
Criteria:	For Undergraduate Computer Science majors.
Minimum GPA:	3.30
Need/Merit:	Based on need and merit.
