Scholarship: Maxine B Dunn Nursing Schp

Information: The Maxine Bozeman Dunn Excellence in Nursing Endowed Scholarship Fund was established in 2006 by E.T. (Tommy) Dunn of Levelland, Texas in memory of his wife, Maxine Bozeman Dunn. This endowed scholarship is given to honor the dedication and passion that Maxine Bozeman Dunn gave to the nursing profession and with the hopes that it will assist students who will serve the profession as faithfully as Maxine did. This scholarship provides assistance to students in the Louise Herrington School of Nursing who are in the neonatal nurse practitioner program and who will be responsible for providing care to newborns.

Comments: Fund is restricted to students enrolled in neonatal practitioner program who will provide care to newborns.

Criteria:  For Undergraduate students in the School of Nursing.

Minimum GPA: The University requires a minimum GPA of 2.50; however, individual departments may have more stringent academic requirements.

Need/Merit: Based on need and merit.
