Scholarship: Robert & Kate King Scholarship

Information: The Robert and Katie Cunningham King Endowed Scholarship Fund was established in 2007 by Katie Cunningham of Houston, Texas. Katie received a BBA and an MACC degree from Baylor University in 2001. She is a life member of the Baylor Alumni Association. Katie married Robert Joseph King in May 2008. Robert earned his BS degree from Texas A&M University in 1997 where he majored in industrial engineering. He earned his MS degree from the University of Houston-Clear Lake in 2005 where he majored in finance. Both Robert and Katie feel establishing this scholarship is a ministry as it provides students the opportunity to obtain an excellent education in a Christian environment. This endowed scholarship fund provides assistance to deserving graduate students who are enrolled in the Hankamer School of Business.

Criteria:  For graduate students in the School of Business.

Minimum GPA: The University requires a minimum GPA of 2.50; however, individual departments may have more stringent academic requirements.

Need/Merit: Based on need and merit.
