Scholarship: Curt & Donna Dee Floyd Schp

Information: The Curt and Donna Dee Floyd Endowed Scholarship Fund in Nursing was established in 2009 by Curtis N. and Donna Dee Floyd of Dallas, Texas.

Donna Dee Floyd became an Alumnus-By-Choice of Baylor University in 2007. She is chairman of the Louise Herrington School of Nursing Dean's Board and a member of Baylor University Women's Council of Dallas. Donna Dee graduated from the University of Kansas with a B.S. degree in education. Curtis Floyd received a B.A. degree from the University of Oklahoma and an M.B.A. degree from Houston Baptist University. He became an Alumnus-By-Choice of Baylor University in 1989.

Curt and Donna Dee Floyd understand the need for quality Christian nurses. They want to help students receive a quality Christian nursing education and go out into the world with a dedication and commitment to serve others with a caring spirit, bringing hope and healing to their patients.

Comments: Preference to students enrolled in the FastBacc program

Criteria:  For Undergraduate students in the School of Nursing.

Minimum GPA: The University requires a minimum GPA of 2.50; however, individual departments may have more stringent academic requirements.

Need/Merit: Based on need and merit.
