Scholarship: Dudley & Donna Jackson Schp

Information: The Dudley and Donna V. Jackson Endowed Scholarship Fund in Accounting was established in 2009 by Baylor graduates John Earl and Nancy James Jackson of The Woodlands, Texas in honor of John's father, Dudley “Jack “ Jackson and in memory of his mother, Donna.

Dudley was a well-known national business speaker. He attended the University of Arizona while Donna attended Baylor University. Both had a great love of Baylor and its Baptist heritage. This fund was established to recognize their focus on excellence and integrity, words they lived by.

John Jackson received a B.B.A. degree from Baylor University in 1979 with a major in accounting. He has served on the Board of Advisors to the accounting department of the Hankamer School of Business. Nancy Jackson received a B.S.Ed. degree from Baylor in 1979 with a major in elementary education. She currently serves on the Library Advisory Board at Baylor.

Criteria:  For Undergraduate Accounting majors.

Minimum GPA: The University requires a minimum GPA of 2.50; however, individual departments may have more stringent academic requirements.

Need/Merit: Based on merit.
