Scholarship: Pete & Thelma Morales Schp

Information: The Pete and Thelma Casso Morales Endowed Scholarship Fund in Business was established in 2009 by Pete and Thelma Morales of Dallas, Texas.

Pete Morales earned a B.B.A. degree from Baylor University in 1973. While attending Baylor, he was a track scholarship recipient. Pete is a member of the Baylor “B” Association an athletic letter winner in track and cross country. Thelma Morales earned a B.S. degree from Baylor University in 1972. The Morales are life members of the Baylor Alumni Association. They have two children, Marcus and Michelle.

In appreciation of the scholarships they received and for the opportunities that their Baylor education afforded them, Pete and Thelma established this scholarship to provide others with the same opportunities.

Criteria:  For Undergraduate students in the School of Business.

Minimum GPA: The University requires a minimum GPA of 2.50; however, individual departments may have more stringent academic requirements.

Need/Merit: Based on merit.
