Scholarship: W Harrell & Martha Spears Schp

Information: The W. Harrell and Martha Isbell Spears Endowed Scholarship Fund in Business was established in 2010 by Harrell Spears of Lubbock, Texas. Mr. Spears earned a B.B.A. degree from Baylor University in 1950. Following his graduation, he co-founded Spears Furniture in Lubbock, Texas with his uncle, James Spears. Martha Spears earned a B.A. degree from Baylor University in 1951. She is a member of the Baylor University Women's Council of Lubbock. Mr. and Mrs. Spears are members of the Bear Foundation, Endowed Scholarship Society, and are life members of the Baylor Alumni Association.

Criteria:  For Undergraduate students in the School of Business.

Minimum GPA: The University requires a minimum GPA of 2.50; however, individual departments may have more stringent academic requirements.

Need/Merit: Based on need or merit.
