Scholarship: Shawn Sedate Scholarship

Information: The Shawn and Julia Sedate Endowed Scholarship Fund in Engineering and Computer Science was established in 2010 by M. Shaw and Julia C. Sedate of Phoenix, Arizona. Shawn Sedate earned a B.S. degree in computer science from Baylor University in 1985, graduating summa cum laude. He is a member of the Baylor University Engineering and Computer Science Board of Advocates. Julia Sedate earned a B.B.A. degree in accounting from Baylor University in 1987. The Sedates have two children: Claire and Kyle.

Criteria:  For Undergraduate students in the School of Engineering & Com Sc.

Minimum GPA: The University requires a minimum GPA of 2.50; however, individual departments may have more stringent academic requirements.

Need/Merit: Based on need and merit.
