Scholarship: Paul Reinhart Nursing Schp

Information: The Paul Earl Reinhart Memorial Endowed Scholarship Fund in Nursing was established in 2010 by S. Renee Reinhart of Dallas, Texas in memory of her husband, Paul Earl Reinhart. Paul Reinhart was born in October 1926 in Tamaqua, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Lehigh University in 1949 with a B.S. in business administration. He married Renee and they had three children: Eric, Doug, and Allyson. In 1971 he formed Custom Crete, Inc. Paul was very active in his community and had a firm belief in charitable work. He truly loved young people and wanted to help them get ahead in positive ways. He was loved and respected as a husband and father. Renee Reinhart chose to start this endowed scholarship fund to memorialize her beloved husband after hearing a Louise Herrington School of Nursing student’s testimony of what a scholarship meant to her. The love and care shown by nurses through Paul's many years of illness led Renee to know the importance of educating high-quality nurses.
