Scholarship: Dean Judy Wright Lott Schp Information: The Louise Herrington School of Nursing Dean’s Board Endowed Scholarship Fund in Nursing Honoring Dean Judy Wright Lott was established in 2011 by members of the Louise Herrington School of Nursing Dean’s Board in honor of Dean Judy Wright Lott for nine years of service, love and teaching that she has given to the Baylor University Louise Herrington School of Nursing. Dean Lott earned a B.S.N. in 1975 from Valdosta State University, a M.S.N. in 1985 from Troy State University, and a D.N.S. in 1992 from the University of Alabama – Birmingham. She served as a professor of nursing in 2011 and dean of the Louise Herrington School of Nursing from 2002 through 2011 when she stepped down to return to full-time teaching and research. She and her husband, Billy Lott, have one daughter, Stephanie T. Lott (B.S.Ed., 2006) and one son, the late Kendall Blake Lott. Criteria:
For Undergraduate, post-baccalaureate , or graduate students in the School of Nursing . Minimum GPA: The University requires a minimum GPA of 2.50; however, individual departments may have more stringent academic requirements. Need/Merit: Based on need and merit.
