Scholarship:	Jeffrey & Lauren Read Schp
Information:	The Jeffrey Alan and Lauren Keathley Read Endowed Scholarship Fund was established in 2012 by Jeff and Lauren Read. Jeff received a B.B.A. degree in real estate and finance in 1982 from Baylor University. He was an active member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity. Lauren received her B.S. degree in communication studies in 1986 from Baylor University. She was an active member of the Pi Beta Phi sorority. The Reads have four children: Austin, Travis, Bryan and Caroline. They resident in Houston, Texas where Jeff co-founded Read King Commercial Real Estate in 1991.
Criteria:	For Real Estate majors who are a junior or senior.
Minimum GPA:	The University requires a minimum GPA of 2.50; however, individual departments may have more stringent academic requirements.
Need/Merit:	Based on need.
