Scholarship: Pete/Jana DeLongchamps Schp

Information: The Pete and Jana DeLongchamps Endowed Scholarship Fund was established in 2013 by Pete and Jana DeLongchamps of Houston, Texas.

Pete DeLongchamps earned a B.B.A. degree in marketing from Baylor University in 1983. He currently serves as vice president of financial services and manufacturer relations at Group I Automotive, Inc., an international, Fortune 500 automotive retailer based in Houston. Jana DeLongchamps earned a B.B.A. degree in management information systems from Baylor University in 1984. She avidly serves as a volunteer for numerous organizations in the Houston area with a passion for animal rescue. While at Baylor, Pete was a member and president of Sigma Phi Epsilon and Jana was a member of Alpha Delta Pi. Pete and Jana have three children: Ryan, Madeline and Joseph.

Comments: Preference to students preparing for a career in teaching

Criteria:  For Undergraduate students in the School of Education.

Minimum GPA: The University requires a minimum GPA of 2.50; however, individual departments may have more stringent academic requirements.

Need/Merit: Based on need and merit.
