Scholarship:	Walter & Nora Holcombe Schp
Information:	The Walter Henry and Nora Bradley Holcombe Endowed Scholarship Fund was established in 2014 by their children: Martha Holcombe Martin (BBA ’50) of Midland, Texas; Florence Holcombe Cummings (BBA ’51) of San Angelo, Texas, Nora Holcombe Gray (BA ’55) of Kerrville, Texas and Patty Holcombe Montgomery (BBA ’56) of Lubbock, Texas. Walter Holcombe graduated from Baylor University in 1925 and Nora Holcombe was one of Baylor’s most loyal fans. Walter was one of the most well respected bankers in West Texas and was very active in community and banking events. Nora supported her husband’s and children’s activities. Both were very interested in education as they were former teachers themselves.
Criteria:	For Finance majors in the School of Business who are a senior.
Minimum GPA:	The University requires a minimum GPA of 2.50; however, individual departments may have more stringent academic requirements.
Need/Merit:	Based on need and merit.
