Scholarship: Clark Graduate Nursing Schp

Information: The Harris and Anne Clark Scholarship Fund for Graduate Nursing Education was established in 2015 by Harris W. Clark of Dallas, Texas.

Harris W. Clark earned a BBA degree from Oglethorpe University. Anne L. Clark graduated from Texas Tech University. The Clarks have two sons. Mr. Clark serves as a Trustee for the Deerbrook Charitable Trust.

Harris and Anne established this fund to help prepare graduates to meet the leadership needs of complex health care organizations. The MSN in Leadership and Innovation program targets unit based nurse managers and leaders. These nurses will be on the units, directly involved providing leadership for nurses providing patient care. The Family Nurse Practitioner program prepares Baylor students go from the master’s in nursing to a doctorate of nursing practice. The family nurse practitioner will play an increasingly important role in the future of healthcare.

Comments: Preference to students enrolled in the MSN Leadership & Innovation program

Criteria:  For Undergraduate students in the School of Nursing or Graduate School.

Minimum GPA: The University requires a minimum GPA of 2.50; however, individual departments may have more stringent academic requirements.
