Scholarship: M. Ray McGowen Scholarship

Information: The M. Ray McGowen Endowed Scholarship Fund in Business was established in 2018 by M. Ray McGowen of Southlake, Texas.

Ray McGowen earned his B.B.A. degree from Baylor University in 1972. Ray is a C.P.A. and served as a partner with EY for 24 years until his retirement in 2006. He received the Beta Alpha Psi Outstanding Alumnus Award in 1998. He served as EY's first Chief Learning Officer and retired as Global Vice Chairman, Learning & Development. He and his wife, Jane McGowen, live in Southlake, Texas.

Criteria:  For Undergraduate students in the School of Business.

Minimum GPA: The University requires a minimum GPA of 2.50; however, individual departments may have more stringent academic requirements.

Need/Merit: Based on need and merit.
